You were visiting Mathew's house in Canada, the country he represented, and was helping him cook Lunch. Mr. Kumajirou sat on his furry little butt and watched as Mathew and you went around the kitchen grabbing ingredients for the meal.

"Th-Thank you, (Name), for visiting me."  Mathew said with a soft smile.

You beamed a smile and said, "No prob, Mathew. I like visiting you."

You two continued cooking and when the meal was done, both of you ate along with Mr. Kumajirou. After cleaning up, you had to go use the bathroom.

"I'll be right back." You said before leaving.

"Okay." Mathew said as he watched you walk off towards the bathroom. "She probably doesn't know what day it is..." Mathew sighed heavily. "It's fine. It's totally fine." He mentally told himself.

He pushed the thought of you not remembering his birthday out of his mind. He knew you would forget anyway.

How wrong he was.

You locked the door behind you when you got to Mathew's bathroom and whipped out your cell phone.

"Did all of you get the stuff?" You texted and then pressed 'Send'. You waited a minute before a text was received .

"Yeah."

You smiled and then texted back, "Good. It's Mathew's b-day and I want him to feel awesome!"

"He can't feel as awesome as me though!"

"Shut up Gilbert..." You rolled your eyes. "Give the phone back to Al."

"We're heading over, K?" Al texted you.

"Alright, I'll stall him until you guys get here." You sent the text and closed your phone. You smiled happily to yourself.

You had planned Mathew's birthday for a while and reminded all the other countries about his upcoming birthday. You told them what to get and for all of them to get a present for him. You really wanted Mathew to feel special since he's always forgotten, whether he was at the world meets or not. When you first met him, you had found his pet polar bear, Mr. Kumajirou, at the park and asked around until you spotted him asking people that just walked right passed him if they've seen his polar bear. You gave him back Mr. Kumajirou, he asked you if you wanted an ice cream cone in return, then you guys started seeing each other afterwards and became friends.

To tell the truth, when you first met him, you thought he looked pretty cute and you sort of developed a small crush on him. The small crush then blew up into a GIGANTIC crush on him. Luckily you were good at hiding that fact. From him atleast.

You were about to leave when your phone vibrated in your pants pocket and you took it out. It was a text from one of your bestiest friends, Elizabeta. You opened your phone and read the text.

"You should give him your "present" first before we get there " The text red. You blushed. You shut your phone and flushed the toilet to make it sound like you got done and walked out of the bathroom.

You saw that Mathew was still sitting on the couch and sat down next to him. Mr. Kumajirou came walking by and Mathew scooped him up in his arms.

"Do you want to watch something, (Name)?" He asked you.

"Sure," You said to him, "but can I give you something first?"

He looked at you puzzled but said, "Sure."

"You have to close you eyes first." You told him.

"What? But why?" He asked.

"Just close you eyes!" You demanded. And he did. You scooted close to him as you face grew pink. You then kissed him on the cheek. Mathew quickly covered the cheek you kissed when you pulled away. You smiled at him as his face grew red. "Happy Birthday Mathew!"

"(N-Name)!" He said before the door bell rung. You got up and opened the door to let everybody in.

"Yo, Happy Birthday bro!" Alfred said with a big smile as he held bags of birthday decorations, his present and balloons. Other countries followed him as they did the same thing and held their presents and birthday decorations. Some brought food. Arthur brought a cake with him. Francis brought a cake with him too just in case.

In the end, everybody had a great time.
