Well, just like my Vampire Knight OC, she's just a character that accumulated in my head after seeing this anime called Diabolik Lovers. She's with a group of other girls and a story, but I'm not sure when or if I'll ever get to that (the story).

Here's some basic Bio for her:

Other: I had the thought of her being raised by a cult who praised ~~the alpha bitch~~ Cordelia and was raised to serve Cordelia. And since this might be a spoiler ~~She then serves Yui and followed her around since Yui has Cordelia's heart.~~ Her name has a specific meaning and reason to why I chose it, Hiroko means "Tolerant or Generous Child" (by the kanji's that I chose to go by) and Fukui meaning "Fortunate". Since she was raised by a cult, she is "fortunate" to serve under Cordelia and was raised to be "Tolerant and or Generous" to her master.
